Dear All!
We realized FSSCEF-2004 Conference (June 17-20, Saint-Petersburg) with more than 60 reports from at about 20 countries.
Results of the Conference shows that there are a lot of special knowledge around the world devoted to FSSCEF topic. But the degree of that knowledge introduced in economics is really low. For most of project decision makers FSSCEF is something exotic. More of it: because of FSSCEF to be relatively new scientific approach some decision makers even don't now anything about this issue.
To cover classical break between science & practice, to help business & governments to get additional knowledge about their current economical situation, to realize some research for them in FSSCEF scope, -
it's offered to establish International Fuzzy Economics Lab (IFEL)
with headquarters in
Saint-Petersburg.
Goals of IFEL are:
- To offer some new approaches to solve complex economics tasks
- To accumulate knowledge, experience, references & to make it aceptable for wide range of people
- To provide FSSCEF research for governments & corporates around the world. To see Russia as a testing area for FSSCEF approach
- To work as a distributed team
- To establish electronic library & IFEL journal
- To be a co-sponsor of FSSCEF Conference
IFEL is internastional consulting company regulated by law where corresponding representatives are opened.
Some open issues on financing & establishing of IFEL are going to be closed ASAP.
I offer You to introduce your opinions & suggestions about IFEL idea ASAP.
